Batch operation of tasks
Import Tasks
Once there are many tasks in one project, the function of "Import Tasks" helps to quickly create tasks in batches.
● Enter the project menu and click "More" - "Import Tasks";
● Click "Download Template", fill in the task information according to the template's requirements and then upload it;
● After uploading the table, the task information under this task type will be displayed, and the table header will be automatically matched;
● The standard task type is selected by default, and the task type can only be selected from the task type set in the project;
● For other task types, before importing, Create the required fields in the field library and associate the type with the project. Otherwise, the import will be invalid (the data is displayed abnormally or will not be displayed), and the specific settings can be referred to the task type;
● When selecting a table header, the table header content search function is supported.
● If the data is wrong, the reason for the error will be displayed. Tring to return to the "previous step" to modify the form and upload it again, in order to solve the problem. If there are errors in non-mandatory items, the data will still be successfully uploaded, but the wrong data will be shown as empty;
● "Background Processing" can be set, if there are too many tasks in the table imported.
Import table
● List, level number and task name are required. If these three items have errors, the table cannot be imported. Please read the sample data carefully before importing the table.
● List name [optional]: When a new list is imported, it is automatically created by the system. When the subtask does not match corresponding task list, the corresponding task list will be the main one;
● Level number [required]: 1 represents the first-level task and 2 represents the second-level subtask;
● Task name [required]: Only text formatting is supported, within 50 words;
● Task description [optional]: Only text formatting is supported;
● Task performance [optional]: Only numbers are supported (for specific usage methods, please refer to performance analysis);
● Task Owner, single Task checker [optional]: Name of team members;
● Multiple Task checkers: Multiple Task checkers can be set, needed to be separated by "," ;

Confirmation method [required when there are multiple confirmers]: There are three confirmation methods: [Pass in order], [All-pass] and [One-pass]. When it is blank, the default is [Pass in order]. If there is only one confirmer or no confirmer, it can be left blank (refer to confirmation task);
● Followers [optional]: Multiple followers can be set, needed to be separated by ",";
● Scheduled time [optional]: The start time must be less than or equal to the deadline;
● Pre-sequences task [optional]: The row number of the table for the pre-sequences task can be filled in multiple times, needed to be separated by ",";
● Task classification tag [optional]: Can be set for multiple times, needed to be separated by ",";
● Custom field [optional]: It needs to be set according to the selected task type. The name of the custom field cannot be repeated, otherwise only one of the repeated contents will be chosen to upload (refer to the task type);
Text (optional): limited to 500 words, links can be identified;
Single choice (optional): limited to 20 options, each option is limited to 20 words, and the options are separated by commas; Multiple choice (optional): limited to 20 options, each option is limited to 20 words, and the options needed to be separated by ",";
Number (optional): limited to 10 digits, no limit on the number of decimal places, and (unit) can be added after the custom name in the table header;
Time (optional): Use year/month/day Format;
Personnel (optional): only one person can be filled in, it is recommended to enter the name of the person who has joined the team, otherwise the data will be invalid;
Location (optional): limited to 50 characters, it is recommended to use the format of XX Province XX City XX District/County XX Street XX Number.
● [Attention] If there are multiple custom fields with the same conditions in a task type, It is necessary to copy the original column at the custom field name and insert it.
Template import
In order to add some additional tasks to the project, importing from the template can achieve to quickly create batches of tasks.
● Enter the project menu and click "More" - "Import from Template";
● Find the template needed in the template center and click to use it.
●It is supported to import all tasks or only the selected one
Export tasks
Export tasks across projects
● "Export all tasks" function can be found in the task menu. "All tasks" can only be viewed after authorization by the team management;
● Operation Path: Task menu -Select the task category to be exported-More-Select the field to be exported-Confirm export;
● Agile version can select 6 fields to export, Professional version can select 20 fields to export, and Business version has no restrictions;
● Task fields and its order can be chosen by needs before exporting;
When the number of export tasks is greater than 500, It will be exported in separate tables.
● Task export can be used in conjunction with task filtering to achieve cross-project task export,;
● Use the filtering function to filter out the tasks that need to be exported.
Batch export by project
● Only project Owner, project admins and admins with project management permissions can operate this action;
● Operation path: Project menu - find the project to be exported - More - Export tasks;
● Agile version can select 6 fields to export, Professional version can select 20 fields to export, and Business version has no restrictions;
● Export tasks are exported in Excel form by project. When the number of export tasks is greater than 500, It will be exported in separate tables.
Batch operation
In the project, batch reminder, termination, and restart are supported
● After checking the task, the "Remind, Terminate, Restart" button will appear at the top of the page. Click it to support batch operation
○ Tasks marked as "completed", "pending confirmation", and "terminated" cannot be operated.
● In the “Tasks” module, select the tasks to perform batch operations
