Task confirmation & completion
Task Claiming
Select the task you want to claim from the "To be assigned" list, and click "Claim Task" in the task details. The people will automatically become the task owner, once successfully claimed the task

Complete the task
In the task details, the task owner can clicks the "Mark Complete" button to complete the task;

How to use
● It is avaliable to updates additional notes or upload the result file, after the task was completed.
● Without a Task checker, the task status will become "completed" after the Task owner marks it as complete;
● If the actual start time of the task does not match the scheduled time, It is available to make changes even if the task was marked "completed".
● A Required fields can be set, such as task tags. No matter what authority the people have, the Required fields have to been done before cofirming the task as completed.

When a task has a Task Owner and a Task checker
● After the Task Owner marks the task as "completed", the task status will change to "pending confirmation". Click on "Ding" to remind the Task checker to confirm the task.
The Task Owner can change the task status from "completed" to "in progress" if necessary.

Confirmation/rejection of tasks by Task checker
When the completed tasks needed to be reviewed the supervisor, one or more Task Checker can be set. Task checker is not a must to be set.
Single person confirmation
● Clicks "reject" if the completion of task didn't meet the requirment, the Task Owner needs to redo the task; Click "confirm completion" to end the task;

Multiple people confirmation
3 different confirmation methods can be choosen: [Pass in order], [All-pass] and [One-pass]

Required fields when confirming
● The scenarios of required fields can be setted in the task type.
● Required fields is generally applicable to performance, tags, etc. After configuration, the Task owner needs to fill in or confirm the required fields before moving on to next step.
● The required fields can be filled or edited even if the task has been completed,
