Project files

The [File Function] of Aim.link organizes and classifies various files under a single project for you, as well as the corresponding viewing and downloading permissions to ensure the confidentiality of the files, and displays them through a task list structure.

How to upload files in a project

● Files can currently be uploaded through the ‘result files’, ‘comment attachments’, ‘marked completed files’, ‘task description files’, ‘confirmed completed files’, ‘rejected files’, ‘task field files’, ‘project field files’, and ‘project announcement files’ in the task details, and displayed in the file list.

How to set file permissions

● As the file uploader, click the button to set viewing permissions.

Visible to all project members: Visible to the project creator, administrator, and members. If the project visibility is set to "Team Authorized Personnel", all members of the company team can view the permissions.

Visible to some project members: Besides the project creator, administrator, and file uploader, add corresponding personnel to view.

Single download/batch download files

Check files in the list to download.

● TIPS: The historical version files stored in Dingpan do not support batch downloading yet, and there may be a phenomenon of "file package being empty".

Single deletion/batch deletion of files

● Supports single and batch deletion of files

Switch list display mode

● The file list can be displayed according to different structures

By task structure: Display according to the hierarchy of the task. If there is no file under the task, it will not be displayed.

By file upload type: According to the task upload process, it is classified and displayed through [Description File], [Discussion File], [Result File], [Confirmation File], [Rejection File], [Task Field File], [Project Field File], and [Project Announcement File].

By file format: Classify and display according to the specific file type, [Document], [Picture], [Audio and Video], [Compressed Package], and [Other].

By uploader: Classify and display according to the file uploader.

By file name: Display according to the file name

File Permissions

Project creators, project administrators, and file uploaders can set file permissions. Project creators and project administrators have permissions for all files under the project, while file uploaders only have permissions to files they uploaded.
