Report
● The reporting function is only available in the Professional and Business Editions. Each team can create 20 reporting topics.
● Report management permissions need to be set by the team administrator in Permission Management-Function Permissions
How to manage topics
Create a report topic
Click "Create report topic"
Report topic
● Fill in the topic of the report, such as "×× Daily Report", "×× Monthly Report", "×× Project Progress Report", etc.
Set questions
● Add content as needed, up to 30 questions can be added, and mandatory items can be set
Reporting cycle
● Choose "Daily", "Weekly", or "Monthly"
Daily
● The reporting cycle is days, and can choose a certain day from Monday to Sunday
Weekly report
● The reporting cycle is weekly, and can choose a day from Monday to Sunday to report
Monthly report
● The reporting cycle is monthly, and can choose the reporting start and end dates
Report reminder
● Set reminders to remind reporters
Set questions
● Click "+" to add a new question, and set the question as "required" - set up to 10 questions
Who needs to report
● People who need to fill in the report, up to 200 members can be set
Recipients
● People who receive the report (i.e. the reporting object), up to 50 report recipients can be set
Modify existing report topics
● Enter the report-management interface to edit, delete and disable existing report topics
How to fill in the report
● Select the topic to be reported in [Report] - [Report to be submitted]
In "Work completed today" and "Work to be completed", click "Insert task", and the data will be synchronized with Aim.link data in real time.
The report topic supports uploading attachments, local images, local files.

How to view reported topics
● Find the report topics in the "All Reports" grouping by "All", "Unread", and "My Submissions"
● Use "Filter" to quickly filter the report topics you need to view based on different conditions
How to view the statistics table
● View the statistics table after selecting the conditions
● The statistics table supports export
Tips for use
● View the number of people who have read/unread each report topic
● Click on the interaction to view the comments
● Click More to edit or delete the topics which have reported.
