Task View
View Mode
● The task view modes in Aim.link are divided into list view, table view, board view and time view. choose the appropriate display mode according to actual needs;
● The Agile Edition can only use the list view, while the Professional Edition and Business Edition have no restrictions.
Task list view (default)
● Tasks are displayed in a list. Move the mouse over a task to add subtasks, set milestone tasks, and follow tasks;

● Tasks can be freely dragged,
Task table view
● Display in table form can show project details, making information more detailed and comprehensive. Custom fields can be added in table view;
● In table view mode, the width of each table column can be adjusted, the order of task headers and the display/hide of fields can also be changed;
● In table view, task information can be modified directly in the table

● Task information can be modified directly
● Editable fields: Task name, Task Owner, Task Checker, follower, Schedule time, deadline, duration, task label, task points, custom fields (geographic location type cannot be edited)

● Gantt chart of tasks can be viewed in time view
● Agile version cannot be viewed across projects

Task Filtering
● Tasks can be quickly found by filtering
Task filtering include:
● Project: filter by project name
● Current responsible person: When the task is to be assigned, the current responsible person is the task Creator; when the task is to be completed, the current responsible person is the task Owner; when the task is to be confirmed, the current responsible person is the task checker
● Filter by Task Owner and Task checker: You can select one or more task Task Owner and Task checker for filtering
● Label: select one or more task labels for filtering
● Status: filter by task status
● Duration: select the duration interval for filtering
● scheduled time/actual start time/deadline , creation time: select task-related time for filtering
● Task points: Select the points interval for filtering
● Creator, follower and assignor: select one or more task creator/follower/assignor for filtering
● Click "X" to cancel filtering
● Multiple filters can be selected while using "or" or "and"
Task sorting
● Aim.link provides different task sorting methods, which can be selected according to actual use;
● Only the task sorting within the project can use the WBS number to sort the task;
Custom task grouping
● In Task-Filter Sorting, the selected filter can be saved as a groups, which will appear in the group list on the left side of the task panel;
● For common or complex multi-condition filtering, this function can be used to save as a compound conditions group for future quick query.
