Lable

Lable

Lables can define the attributes of tasks/projects, and can be used to quickly locate the required content.

Operation permissions

● Lable management function in the function permissions should be distribu by the Team admins.

● After entering the system, click Settings in the upper right corner, select Lable Management, and enter the Lable Management menu;

● Lables in Aim.link included project Lables and task Lables;

Task Lables

● Standard version can add 2 groups, Professional and Business versions have no limit on it

● The group names of "Ungrouped" and "Personal Lable" in the task Lable cannot be edited

How to add Lables

● Create groups based on Lable attributes. Each group can have a custom name and Lable color.

● Task Lables can be associated with task types (tasks under this task type can only select Lables from the associated Lable group).

● After deleting a Lable group, all Lables under the group will be deleted;

● In the existing group, click "Add", fill the Lable content and press "Enter" to add Lables;

● Support dragging "" to adjust the order of Lable groups, and dragging Lables to switch the arrangement order;

Project Lables

● Standard version can add 2 groups, Professional and Business versions have no limit on it

● First create a group based on the Lable attributes, click "Add" to create a new Lable. Each group can customize their name, group Lable color, associated with the project type, and can be edited or deleted again

● Project Lable groups can be set as required fields

● After deleting a Lable group, all Lables under the group will be deleted

● Projects also support dragging "" to adjust the Lable group order, dragging Lables to switch the order
