Project View
All projects related to personal are displayed in the left navigation bar of the "Project" page, as follows:

Participated: projects I owned, I managed, and I participated and not archived
Owned: project with me as project owner
Managed: project with me as project admin
My Follow: projects have followed
All projects: all projects visible to me
● The project view modes in Aim.link are divided into card view, list view, table view and board view. Choose the appropriate display method according to actual needs.
Various views
Project card view
● Projects are displayed in the form of cards. Click the star icon "" to follow the project ;
Project list view
● Projects are displayed in the form of a list, showing completed/completed tasks and the percentage of task completion;
Project table view
● Projects are displayed in a table format, which will show project details. Custom fields can be added in the table view;
Display of custom fields
● In the project interface, select [View Mode] - [Table View] - [Select Field] - [OK];
○ This function is not available in the Standard version
● Set the project custom fields in System Settings - Field Configuration - Project Fields
● Fields can be freely dragged;
● In table view, project information can be modified directly in the table
○ Editable fields: project start time, project deadline, project label, project status, custom fields
○ Non-editable fields: overdue tasks, completed tasks, all tasks, project progress, project creator
Project Kanban View
● The project is displayed in the form of a board, which can be viewed in different groups;
○ This function is not available in the Standard version;
● In the Kanban view, the default setting is "Group by project owner";
Save custom views
● Customize the dashboard by filtering and grouping, making it easier to manage projects based on specified dimensions
● Supports directly dragging the table view, board view, and list view under group display to other groups.
【Attention】
○ Dragging items in the card view only supports this operation under "Group by label";
○ Dragging under group by project owner can directly change the project owner;
○ Dragging under group by label will remove the original label and add the new group label;
○ Dragging under group by status will directly change the project status;
● Filter according to actual needs. After saving, click on the group to view it again;
○ This function is not available in the Standard version
Project screening
● Click [Filter] in the project panel to view projects based on the filter criteria;
Project sorting
● Adjust the sorting method as needed;
【Attention】
○ By project name A-Z: the order of sorting is number-first letter A-Z-special symbol
