Chart Overview

● Through the customization function, you can freely edit the chart interface, allowing you to view the required data more intuitively.

● ImproveI the statistical template (custom fields, completion rate, overdue rate, rejection times, reminder times, etc.) to facilitate you to directly count the project situation.

● The permission management function has been updated to provide a data display effect that combines separation and integration to meet your various needs.

Create a personalized project chart group to start the first step of statistics

● In the left column of the [Chart] page, click [New Project Group] - [Select Project] to create project group.

Usage scenario

● Project managers want to count both the individual projects they manage and the projects they are responsible for.

Operation instructions

● Click [New Project Group] - [Add Project] to customize the projects needed count, not limited to the projects the person manage or responsible for.

After creating a project group, how to choose the scope of data to display

● Data visualization cannot be separated from the data source

● Click [Chart] - [Team Overview] - [Data Source], and view the project overview under the group, that is, the scope of data display.

● Add a new item by clicking [Click to add item]

How to customize statistics page

● Component: a single element in the statistics interface, and also a display window for customized data display

● Click [Add component] to start the customization journey

● Click the zoom button to enter the details and change the chart settings

● Aim.link currently provide the following components and corresponding statistical templates

Statistical templates

● In terms of statistical indicators, Aim.link provides as followed

Number of tasks The total number of tasks
Number of Milestone The total number of milestone tasks
Number of projects

The total number of items in the current project.

  • When this indicator is selected, the field condition can only select the conditions of the project.

Delinquency Rate

Overdue rate: the number of overdue tasks in the selected task divide by overall tasks

Marked overdue rate: the number of tasks marked overdue in the selected task divide by overall tasks

Actual overdue rate: the number of tasks completed overdue in the selected task divide by overall tasks

Overdue duration

Overdue duration: Overdue unfinished tasks in the selected tasks, current time minus planned deadline

Marked completed overdue duration: Overdue marked completed tasks in the selected tasks, marked completion time minus planned deadline

Actually completed overdue duration: Overdue marked completed tasks in the selected tasks, confirmed completion time minus planned deadline

Completion time

Marked completion time: Marked completion time in the selected task minus actual start time

Actual completion time: Actual completion time in the selected task minus actual start time

Completion Rate

Marked completion rate: tasks marked as completed in the selected task divide by overall tasks

Actual completion rate: tasks actually completed in the selected task divide by overall tasks

Punctuality

Marked on-time completion rate: tasks marked completed ahead of time and on time in the selected tasks divide by overall tasks

Actual on-time completion rate: tasks completed ahead of time and on time in the selected tasks divide by overall tasks

score Average: Average score of task details
Number of reminders he total number of task reminders
Number of withdrawals The total number of task withdrawals

Statistics component

● Select statistical indicators and use single or multiple field conditions to generate specific data results. Click the data card to jump to the corresponding task list, and click the task again to reach the corresponding task details.

● Under the statistics, filter field conditions by status, time, personnel, labels, overdue time, completion time, rating, project, custom fields and other dimensions

Table component

● Row and column fields each support one field (a rich range of dimensions in field selection was provided]), displaying data of different dimensions according to actual needs. Click the number to enter the corresponding task list.

Operation instructions

● Add [Table component]

1. Select [Task Quantity] for the value, [Status]-[Overdue] for the table row dimension, and [Personnel]-[Person in charge] for the table column dimension.

2. In the field filter, select [Overdue] or [Not Overdue] for the task status.

Pivot table component

Operation Instructions

● Use the pivot table component to count multiple data at the same time. The table row determines the dimension of the entire pivot table. Select [Personnel] - [Person in charge].

● Click [Add Column] to enrich statistical dimensions. Each column can select an independent numerical dimension and customize the name of the column.

  • To calculate the load, select [Number of Tasks] in the value to count the total number of tasks you are responsible for, and select [Number of Expedited Tasks] and [Number of Withdrawals] in the value to count the number of urgings and withdrawals.

Chart component

● Aim.link provide with two types of charts: X-axis and Y-axis dual-dimensional type, grouped single-dimensional type to achieve data visualizing.

X-axis Y-axis dual dimension type Bar Chart The particles in the table row are used as the X-axis, the summary index is used as the Y-axis, and each particle in the table column is displayed in a columnar manner on the horizontal axis particle.
Line chart The particles in the table row are used as the X-axis, the summary index is used as the Y-axis, and each particle in the table column is distributed on each horizontal axis particle to form a broken line
  Pie Chart Use table row particles as components of a donut chart

Tips

X-axis and Y-axis dual-dimensional type, the field of the table row is the X-axis, and the statistical indicator is the Y-axis. The grouped single-dimensional type uses the analysis dimension particles as the components of the ring chart.

Usage scenario

When an enterprise issues a project task, it needs to count the completion rate and punctuality rate of each person.

Operation Instructions

● Add the [Chart] component and select [Bar Chart].

1. Select [Personnel] - [Person in charge] for dimension (x-axis), select [Number of Tasks] for value (y-axis), and select [Status] - [Completion Status] for comparison (legend).

2. In the field filter, select [Complete in Advance], [Complete on Time], [Complete Overdue].

● to view the task completion status of each person in charge.

Permission segmentation, effective separation and display of data

● Statistics page permissions will follow the function permission settings. [Projects I manage] is displayed to project management; [Projects I owned] is displayed to project leaders. In a custom project group, only creator and the users that creator share with can view it.

Usage scenario

● Enterprise managers want to assign their individual projects to subordinates to view statistics.

Operation instructions

● Click the [+] button of the share and add the people to share and view project statistics.

Click to view task details

● Click on the corresponding content of the chart to view specific task details and track task completion status.

Export charts

● The component data in [Dashboard] can be exported to view more detailed EXCEL tables to have better understand of the data behind them. (Only supported by Professional Edition and Ultimate Edition)
