Task collaboration

Tasks with interdependencies are collaborative tasks with each other, where the dependent one is pre-sequence task; the completion of the pre-sequence task is the basic condition for the completion of the post-sequence task.

● On the task details page, click "Collaborative Task" to add pre-sequence task or post-sequence task;

● Multiple pre-sequence and post-sequence tasks can be added;

● The order between two or more pre-sequence/ post-sequence tasks cannot be edited;

● When the pre-sequence task is completed, the files for pre-sequence task and a message for pre-sequence task compeletion will be sent to the owner of post-sequence in real time;

Task discussion

Compared to the Project discussion, the task discussion can be more focused on task itself, the information will be more relevant, and can avoid the generation of invalid informs.

In the details page of the task, you can discuss the task, and if you need assistance, you can

@ relevant colleagues for assistance - asking for task files - can be done in task detail page.

the notification will only pushed to the person who have been @;

All attachments uploaded for the task will be automatically collected in [File] menu and can be viewed by clicking on them;

Task discussion read/unread

The details of the people who have read the message will be recorded and can be viewed in task discussion;
