Task move/copy/terminate/restart
Move Task
● Operation path: Open Task Details - More - Move Task;
Delete task
● Click "More" in the upper right corner of the task details, and click Delete task;
● Only people have permission can delete tasks；
【Attention】
● All subtasks related will be also deleted at the same time;
● For deleted tasks, they will be temporarily retained in Recycle Bin. Restore or completely delete the task can be done in System Settings-Recycle Bin.
Copy Task
● Select the task you want to copy, enter the task details, click More and select Copy Task;
● The task log, discussion content and achievement files of the original task will not be copied;
● Copying within a project/ across projects supported depending on the Subscription plans。
● Click "Advanced Options" to customize task-related information, including task name, task participants, schedule, etc.
Terminate Task
Task termination requires the permission to modified (see Project Settings - Operation Permissions);
● Terminating a task means giving up the task, and all actions that have been taken will not be counted in the performance;
● Operation path: Task Details - More Operations - Terminate Task;
Restart task
● Both terminated and completed tasks can be restarted;
● Operation path: Select [Terminated/Completed] task - Task details - More operations - Restart task;
