Integration & Integration Coefficient

In Aim.link, performance can be used as a reflection of the value of work tasks and as a reference for employees' performance; on the other hand, it can assist project owners in promoting the implementation of work tasks more efficiently

Performance coefficient

● The performance coefficient of each project can be set in the project settings. Only the project owners, project administrators and personnel with project management permission can set it;

● The performance coefficient applies to all tasks in the project;

By default, the person who completes the task (the person in charge of the task) will receive 100% of the performance. The performance ratio can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

● Deduction for overdue performance

○ When the task owner completes the task overdue, the performance of the task owner and the task checker will be deducted;

○ When the task owner marks the task completed ahead of schedule or on time, but the task checker confirms the completion overdue, there will be no reward or punishment for the task owner, but the task checker's performance will be deducted;

● Early reward, if the task is completed ahead of schedule, only the task owner will receive the early reward;

Task Performance

● When creating a task, assign a corresponding task performance value to the task, and can also view or modify it in the task details;

【Attention】

● When a subtask is completed, the performance of the subtask will onlyl assigned to the subtask participant;

● In the Aim.link, the performance of the task-related role will be calculated regardless of the task status; the performance of terminated tasks will also be calculated;

Task performance is calculated independently, and task performance and its subtask performance are independent of each other

● For example: in the task, employee A's performance is 100, in subtask A, employee A's performance is 100, and in subtask B, employee B's performance is 100; after the task is completed, employee A's actual performance is 200, and employee B's actual performance is 100;

Performance Statistics

● View performance path: Statistics-Add Components-Project/Personnel Performance;

● Add personnel and project dimensions to view performance statistics

Tips: "create a new dashboard" to view performance statistics.

● One or more items in the data source can be selected for statistics and comparative viewing;

●The table size can be modified. dragging and arranging table are also supported;

● All tables can be displayed in full screen;
